Mono Layer Blown Film Machine

The mono layer blown film machine is mainly used in the production of HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE blends of different types of films such as liquid packaging films, composite-based film, shrink film, tire film, agricultural plastic film, cloth film which are widely used for making garbage bags, packing bags, bacteria bags, fertilizer lined bags, etc.

2 Layer Coextrusion Blown Film Machine

The 2 layer co-extrusion PE blown film machine is composed in two extruders and auxiliary parts, the die head and wind-cooling ring can rotate continuously. It can be used for blowing with high and low density polyethylene (HDPE,LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), metallocene polyethylene, etc. through the extrusion die head to form two-layer complex composite film.

3 Layer Coextrusion Blown Film Machine

3 layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is used for blowing with HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE materials to blow the special film which is widely used in the liquid film, pearl film, composite-based film, heat shrinkable film, tire separation membrane, anti-aging multi-functional film, anti-jamming membrane, impermeable film, stretch film, cable film, etc.

5 Layer Coextrusion Blown Film Machine

The 5-layer film extrusion machine is mainly used for blowing with material of LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, PA, EVA, EVOH to produce symmetrical and unsymmetrical barrier film with high quality properties such as boiling, preservation, high sealing, high mechanical strength, high transparency and high barrier performance.

7 Layer Coextrusion Blown Film Machine

The 7-layer co-extrusion blown film line is mainly used for PA, EVA, EVOH high barrier and other raw materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, mLLDPE to produce symmetrical and unsymmetrical barrier film, which is featured in high barrier, high sealing, high transparent, boiling, dark, preservation, heat sealing, etc.
